About our jewellery  

Our jewellery items are individually handcrafted using natural materials. This means that each item is unique, and there may be minor variations in colour and size from the photographs on the site.  Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.

Paying For Your Jewellery

Getmeoffthehook.com uses PayPal to accept payments form most credit and debit cards. We are currently only able to fulfil orders from within the UK.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. Orders totalling under £39.99 are charged at £2.50. Orders above £40 are sent by Special Delivery and cost £5.35. Orders above £500 are sent Special Delivery and cost £6.85.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 5 working days from receiving your order. We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 10 days of placing an order, please email us on info@getmeoffthehook.com.  Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion of getmeoffthehook.com

Damaged Goods

Returns Policy


getmeoffthehook.com endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service.  For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings.
