Wisdom
Wisdom is one of the Big Six core happiness virtues. It’s about skills and knowledge and using them wisely.
Curiosity
Follow where your curiosity leads you. Who knows what you might find around the corner that will make you just that little bit wiser? Open a dictionary at a random page and find a new word, or try a new sport.
Ingenuity
Ingenuity and creativity lead towards wisdom. Use your street smarts and originality to give yourself a boost. Try doing some of the puzzles in the daily paper.
Judgement
Make careful, open minded decisions, backing them up with sensible thought. For example, what three things would you do if you were prime minister? Think through what your actions would mean in reality.
Love of learning
Everyone can enjoy learning new things, growing wiser and happier. Learn how to juggle, or read a non-fiction book.
Intelligence
As you strengthen your intelligence by talking and listening, think about how the world looks to others. Ask the question "why?" and build up your knowledge and insight. You could try to imagine why a friend did something that surprised you. What is about them that you never noticed before?
Perspective
Take a step back, to see your actions and those of others as part of a broader picture. W rite a list of things you like about your job. You may surprise yourself.
